Construction Project Manager

About the role

BORK is seeking a Construction Project Manager with strong English skills to lead premium construction projects from inception to commissioning. The role involves overseeing all phases of project delivery, ensuring that design intent, quality standards, and budgetary constraints are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and results for BORK construction initiatives.
• Organise and coordinate contractor activities throughout all implementation stages.
• Monitor compliance of completed work with BORK design solutions and standards.
• Participate in contractor selection and maintain effective relationships.
• Coordinate design, construction, and related work streams.
• Work on international projects and collaborate with foreign contractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering premium and deluxe construction projects where architecture, materials, engineering solutions, and execution quality are critical.
• Hands‑on experience managing full‑cycle construction projects independently from inception to handover.
• Deep understanding of working with contractors, designers, and suppliers on high‑profile projects.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to relocate temporarily to countries where BORK has assets.
