Construction Superintendent – Mechanical (Site)

About the role

KBR is seeking a Construction Superintendent with a mechanical background to lead site activities on a gas processing and compression PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on overseeing construction of pipelines, processing plants and related infrastructure within the oil & gas sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of oil & gas experience, including EPC and multi‑million‑dollar projects.
• Experience on gas pipeline, NGL pipeline networks and sour‑gas treatment projects.
• At least 5 years working on on‑shore and off‑shore projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with ADNOC projects involving gas processing plants and pipelines.
• Experience in both associated and non‑associated gas projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary construction teams.

Required skills

• Gas processing and gas compression expertise.
• Pipeline design and construction.
• Knowledge of sour‑gas treatment and common utilities infrastructure.
• Experience with NGL pipeline networks.
