Construction Superintendent – Shutdown

About the role

This position offers an experienced Superintendent the chance to lead on‑site activities for high‑profile shutdown projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee total construction field effort to ensure compliance with design, specifications, budgets and schedules for projects valued above USD 500 million.
• Manage cost and schedule for assigned disciplines, coordinate supply and delivery of equipment, subcontractors and consumables, and ensure safety, quality and environmental processes are implemented on site.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of oil and gas industry experience, including at least 5 years on major capital projects (> USD 500 M) with a focus on construction and site management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, willingness to travel extensively and ability to obtain a UAE work visa.
