Construction Supervisor – Electrical

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor – Electrical to join a multi‑discipline team delivering large‑scale oil & gas and petrochemical projects. The role focuses on overseeing EPC contractor performance, resolving interface conflicts, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate interfaces between EPC contractors, providing clarifications and guidance to resolve conflicts during execution.
• Review and approve construction plans, procedures, method statements and Inspection & Test Plans before work starts.
• Track EPC resource allocation, progress against the project schedule, and take corrective actions when shortages arise.
• Manage inspection of construction work, verify compliance with approved procedures, and ensure high‑quality workmanship.
• Oversee punch‑list development, closure, and handover of final project documents to the company.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at least 10 years of experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industry, including 5 years in the GCC region.
• Hands‑on offshore experience (island, barge, platform or complex) in a relevant discipline.
• Proven ability to work with advanced work packages (AWP) and to lead “Right First Time” start‑up concepts.
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ plans, mechanical completion, and pre‑commissioning processes.
