Consultant ENT (Otolaryngologist) in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Consultant ENT (Otolaryngologist) to join a leading medical group in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing, treating and managing a wide range of ear, nose and throat disorders while ensuring clinical excellence and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT consultations, diagnosis, treatment and management of conditions such as sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, ear infections, hearing loss, vertigo and voice disorders.
• Perform routine examinations (otoscopy, rhinoscopy, throat assessment) and diagnostic procedures including nasal endoscopy and flexible laryngoscopy.
• Interpret investigations such as audiometry, tympanometry, CT scans, MRI and relevant laboratory tests.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, supervise junior staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with DHA regulations and participate in audits and teaching activities.

Required profile

• MBBS/MD or equivalent with recognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology/ENT.
• Board certification or equivalent consultant‑level qualification.
• Minimum 5‑10 years post‑specialisation experience in ENT, including outpatient consultations and diagnostic procedures.
• Eligible for DHA Consultant ENT classification/license in Dubai.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Otoscopy, rhinoscopy, nasal endoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy.
• Interpretation of audiometry, tympanometry, CT and MRI imaging.
• Management of hearing and balance disorders in collaboration with audiologists.
• Knowledge of DHA regulations, infection control and clinical governance standards.
