About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates is expanding its primary‑care, preventive health and chronic disease services. The organisation seeks an experienced Consultant in Family Medicine to join a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive, continuity‑based care to a diverse, international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultant‑level primary‑care services for patients of all ages, including acute illnesses, chronic disease management and preventive health interventions.
• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, manage lifestyle‑related disorders, administer vaccinations and conduct health screenings.
• Develop personalised care plans, ensure follow‑up, monitoring and patient education to maintain continuity of care.
• Coordinate referrals, collaborate with specialists, diagnostic services and allied health professionals for integrated patient management.
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, patient safety, quality improvement and adherence to international healthcare guidelines.

Required profile

• Internationally trained Consultant in Family Medicine with recognized qualifications (e.g., American Board of Family Medicine or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in primary care, preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
• Strong commitment to patient‑centred communication and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to work in a modern, quality‑driven healthcare environment serving a multicultural population.
