Consultant – Middle East (Management Consulting)

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Consultant to join its Middle East team. You will work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. The role involves research, data analysis, hypothesis testing and delivering client‑ready insights.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, gather data, run surveys and interviews, turning information into clear insights.
• Analyze problems, identify patterns, test hypotheses and structure recommendations for client decision‑making.
• Prepare client‑ready deliverables such as presentations, analyses, workshops and discussion materials.
• Collaborate across industries and capabilities, with flexibility to specialize or explore different areas.
• Travel within the home market and internationally, adapting to varied project demands.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree; academic major not restricted.
• Strong initiative, intuition, creativity and an analytical problem‑solving mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
