Consultant Neurologist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Consultant Neurologist will join a multidisciplinary brain‑health centre in Abu Dhabi, providing expert neurological assessment, diagnosis and management for adult patients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient referrals and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological conditions, including epilepsy and movement disorders.
• Order, interpret and integrate EEG and other neuro‑diagnostic test results into patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or equivalent qualification in Neurology, eligible for UAE licensing.
• Extensive experience managing adult neurological conditions in a hospital or specialised clinic.
• Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with colleagues from psychiatry, family medicine, psychology and therapy.
• Interest in lifestyle medicine, prevention and long‑term brain health optimisation.

Required skills

• EEG ordering and interpretation.
• Expertise in epilepsy diagnosis, treatment planning and long‑term management.
• Competence in evaluating and managing movement disorders.
