Consultant Pediatric Cardiologist – Dubai, Tax‑Free Salary

About the role

A leading multispecialty tertiary care hospital in Dubai is expanding its pediatric cardiac services. The hospital seeks an experienced Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Cardiologist to join a multidisciplinary team, delivering advanced care to neonatal and complex congenital heart patients in a JCI‑aligned, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage congenital and acquired heart diseases in infants, children, and adolescents.
• Perform and interpret echocardiography, ECG, cardiac MRI, and stress testing.
• Conduct pediatric cardiac catheterisation, balloon angioplasty and other interventional procedures.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑operative cardiac evaluation in collaboration with cardiac surgeons.
• Manage neonatal and critical paediatric cardiac cases, including ICU involvement.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents and medical students.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5+ years post‑specialist/board certification experience in paediatric cardiology.
• Board‑eligible or certified by recognised bodies (e.g., American Board of Pediatrics – Cardiology, UK CCT/MRCPCH, European Board, Royal College Canada, Australian Fellowship, Arab Board, DM/MD/DNB).
• Eligibility for Dubai Health Authority (DHA) / Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH) licence conversion.
