Consultant Physician Neuroradiology

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Consultant Physician specialized in Neuroradiology to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide expert diagnostic and therapeutic services for patients with neurological conditions, ensuring high‑quality care in a culturally diverse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Examine patients, take detailed medical histories and address their concerns.
• Diagnose and treat neurological injuries, illnesses, and disorders using advanced imaging techniques.
• Order, perform, and interpret radiological investigations such as MRI and CT scans, and communicate results to patients and referring physicians.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prescribe appropriate therapies, and counsel patients on lifestyle and preventive health measures.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records in compliance with medical regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, refer patients to specialists when needed, and participate in continuous education and quality improvement activities.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Residency in Radiology with subspecialty training in Neuroradiology.
• Board certification in Radiology (e.g., MRCPsych, ABPN, CCT UK or equivalent).
• Valid Department of Health license for Abu Dhabi or eligibility to obtain one.
• 3–5 years of post‑specialization experience in neuroradiology.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
