Consultant / Specialist Psychiatrist – Dubai & Abu Dhabi

About the role

A leading healthcare group in the UAE is expanding its mental health services and seeks experienced Consultant / Specialist Psychiatrists for its hospitals and clinics in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role offers the chance to deliver high‑quality psychiatric care within a modern, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and follow‑up plans.
• Provide pharmacological management and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate closely with psychologists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high standards of patient care.

Required profile

• Consultant / Specialist qualification in Psychiatry.
• Open to all nationalities with a valid DHA / DOH or other UAE medical license, or eligibility to obtain one (licensing assistance provided).
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
