Consultant Urologist – Specialist in Genitourinary Care

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Urologist to deliver specialist care for both male and female urinary tract conditions and disorders of the male reproductive system. The role involves comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment using advanced medical techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat genitourinary disorders in patients.
• Document patient histories and maintain accurate medical records.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging.
• Utilise specialised equipment such as X‑rays, fluoroscopes, and catheters.
• Perform abdominal, pelvic, or retroperitoneal surgeries when required.
• Treat lower urinary tract dysfunctions and prescribe appropriate medications.
• Provide consultations, refer to specialists, and guide multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Medical degree with completed residency and fellowship in urology.
• Valid state licence and certification to practice urology.
• Commitment to staying updated on medical technologies.
• Flexibility for irregular hours and emergency call duties.
• Strong decision‑making, analytical, and communication skills.
