Content Creator & Client Project Manager

About the role

Click2Result is a performance marketing agency focused on paid acquisition through Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). It is expanding its Dubai team and is looking for a hybrid Content Creator & Client Project Manager who can shoot high-impact ad content on site while managing day-to-day client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and shoot short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and static visuals for performance advertising
• Edit mobile videos, handle pacing and sound design, and research trends to create ad hooks
• Act as the main on-site liaison for local clients: lead briefings, run status meetings and align deliverables in fluent English
• Collect brand assets, manage production timelines, secure creative approvals and handle client requests
• Work with Media Buyers to test UGC concepts, direct-response angles and creative iterations

Required profile

• Currently living in Dubai and available for regular on-site shoots across the city
• Fluent Russian and fluent English (C1), written and spoken
• Personal shooting gear: iPhone 14/15/16 Pro or professional camera, portable lighting, mobile gimbal and wireless lapel mics
• Experience in mobile filmmaking, social media video production and client-facing or project management roles
• Portfolio, showreel or links to published video work showing camera, lighting and editing skills
