Content Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Content Marketer to join a fast‑scaling fintech company in the United Arab Emirates. The role sits at the intersection of storytelling, demand generation, and product marketing, helping to translate complex payments topics into engaging, high‑impact content.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own and manage the content calendar, delivering high‑quality assets on schedule.
• Research, write, and publish blogs, guides, case studies, newsletters, social media posts, and campaign materials.
• Translate technical fintech and payments concepts into clear, audience‑focused narratives.
• Develop go‑to‑market content plans with Demand Generation to support product launches and campaigns.
• Distribute and repurpose content across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
• Analyze performance data and audience insights to refine strategy and improve engagement.
• Experiment with new formats, messaging, and distribution approaches.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to increase creation speed and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of content marketing experience in fast‑paced B2B or B2C technology environments.
• Strong editorial ability to simplify complex technical or financial topics.
• Proven track record of taking content from idea to publication with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of how content drives audience growth, demand generation, and business outcomes.
• Experience using performance data and experimentation to improve content strategy.
• Comfortable working in agile, high‑performance teams with shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI content creation tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
