Continuous Improvement Lead

About the role

Ethos is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to train a cutting‑edge language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role is fully remote, flexible, and part‑time, allowing you to work on your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, workflow process maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, and process improvement business cases.
• Develop operational readiness checklists and ensure AI outputs meet high standards of accuracy and usability.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous process improvement.
• Proven track record of authoring SOP playbooks or business cases that reduced cost or cycle time.

• Compensation: $70 per hour
