Continuous Improvement Specialist

About the role

Join a newly formed organization within Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment that is designing and launching new business models across AMET. This role focuses on continuous improvement of ultra‑fast grocery and last‑mile delivery operations, ensuring high performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end operations for multiple small sites on a daily basis.
• Supervise last‑mile operations and delivery service partners.
• Meet customer‑facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and team morale.
• Drive performance management and provide coaching for riders.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for the delivery team.
• Continuously improve the delivery process to achieve sustained performance gains.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits at the delivery station.
• Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience in data analysis with the ability to draw insights for decision‑making.
