About the role
Penspen is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract activities for a gas processing project in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate and manage contract terms for large oil and gas EPC projects.
- Handle claim management and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regional legal and contractual procedures.
Required profile
- Engineering degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 20 years of overall experience, including 10+ years in oil and gas EPC.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on large projects, preferably in the GCC region.
- Familiarity with regional legal and contractual terms; ADNOC project experience is a plus.
