Controller – Investment & Cost Management

About the role
The Controller will lead investment and cost controlling functions for a multinational company based in Dubai. The role involves steering financial activities, budgeting, and reporting across multiple business areas.
Key responsibilities
- Steer and control all investment financial activities, including asset acquisition and post‑completion reviews.
- Manage cost accounting records, develop cost control systems, and analyse variances against estimates.
- Prepare and monitor consolidated annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports.
- Oversee inventory, receivables, sales, overhead, and quotation controlling, ensuring accurate KPI tracking.
- Implement internal audit controls to minimise financial risks and ensure compliance.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field with a specialization in Controlling and Internal Audit.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in controlling, cost accounting or financial analysis.
Required skills
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
