Conversion Agent – Multi-language Sales (Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, German) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking experienced Conversion Agents to join a regulated international company in Dubai. The role focuses on converting qualified leads into active customers across several European markets, using Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian and German languages.

Key responsibilities

• Handle qualified leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Convert prospects into active customers while adhering to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in FX, financial services or B2C sales.
• Proven track record in lead conversion and closing deals.
• Target-driven, highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, confident and persuasive communication style.

Required skills

• Fluency in Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian or German for the respective market.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
