Coordinator Fraud Analyst

About the role

The Coordinator Fraud Analyst will lead efforts to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity across customer orders and transactions for Instashop. You will work closely with internal teams to safeguard financial and operational integrity while supporting a fast‑growing e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze transaction and order data to spot suspicious orders, chargebacks, refunds, and unusual patterns.
• Investigate suspected fraud cases, determine root causes, and recommend preventive actions.
• Support the design and rollout of fraud prevention controls, processes, and strategies.
• Review customer accounts for signs of account takeover, identity theft, and other fraudulent behavior.
• Prepare regular fraud reports for management, highlighting trends, volumes, and performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud prevention or 3 years in customer operations, preferably in e‑commerce or online payments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Knowledge of fraud detection systems.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Experience with chargeback management systems.
