Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking a Manager of Corporate Communications to develop and implement communication strategies that align with the Group’s objectives and brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, creative agencies and key external stakeholders.
• Assist in crisis communication, delivering prompt and effective messaging.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights.
• Track and evaluate communication initiatives using KPIs and refine strategies.
• Oversee the Group’s digital presence across websites, intranet and social media.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience creating press releases, articles, speeches and social media content.
• Proven ability to cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience handling crisis communication effectively.
• Experience managing digital platforms and ensuring consistent content delivery.

Required skills
