About the role
Founders Law is seeking a UK‑qualified corporate/commercial lawyer to join its fast‑growing UAE team. You will work with high‑growth fintech, AI, crypto and other tech startups, providing commercial‑first legal advice from inception to exit.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for high‑growth tech clients.
- Provide cross‑border advisory, including fundraising and venture matters.
- Support clients on data protection, IP, consumer law and digital‑asset issues.
Required profile
- UK‑qualified corporate/commercial lawyer with 2‑3 years of experience, preferably from a large US/UK firm.
- Based in the UAE with 1‑2 years local experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
Required skills
- Legal tech proficiency.
