Corporate Legal Consultant / Attorney

About the role

Uvation is looking for a Corporate Legal Consultant / Attorney to provide legal advisory, compliance, and contract management across its Dubai (UAE) and European operations. The role supports a multi‑entity AI GPU infrastructure business, requiring knowledge of both UAE and European corporate and commercial law.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts such as vendor agreements, client MSAs/SOWs, NDAs, partnership and reseller agreements.
• Advise on corporate structuring and governance for entities in UAE free zones and European jurisdictions.
• Manage regulatory compliance, including GDPR, UAE data protection law, employment law and sector‑specific requirements.
• Coordinate contractor and employment agreements with HR, addressing cross‑border classification risks.
• Handle vendor/supplier disputes, invoice issues and contractual escalations.
• Support fundraising, investment and M&A related legal work.
• Liaise with external counsel where local representation is required.
• Maintain corporate records, board resolutions and statutory filings across all entities.
• Proactively flag legal and regulatory risks to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Law degree with active bar admission in the UAE and/or a European jurisdiction.
• 5–8 years of corporate/commercial legal experience, preferably in‑house or at a corporate law firm serving technology or infrastructure clients.
• Demonstrated experience with cross‑border contracts and multi‑jurisdictional compliance.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and UAE data protection frameworks.
• Experience advising on contractor versus employee classification across jurisdictions.
