Corporate Sales Executive - Beauty

About the role

The Estée Lauder Companies is looking for a Sales Executive to help drive growth across its prestige beauty portfolio in the Middle East. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will turn sales plans into action across retailers and distributor markets, using performance insights, strong partnerships and effective field execution to deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in delivering retail sales, net sales and profitability targets.
• Review weekly sales and top-door performance, identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve results.
• Work with Trade Marketing to track the impact and return on investment of events and promotions.
• Partner with retailers and distributors on sales plans, business reviews and Joint Business Plan priorities.
• Coordinate monthly orders and monitor stock, new launch requirements, returns and inventory across key markets.
• Contribute to sales forecasts, demand planning and monthly business estimates with Sales, Finance and Marketing.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and gather customer, consumer and competitor insights through regular store visits.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification, with at least 5 years of progressive sales experience in beauty, retail, luxury goods or FMCG.
• Experience in retail operations and a sound understanding of sales planning and performance.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, able to work across retailers, distributors and internal teams.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach to identifying issues and following through on solutions.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Confidence working with sales data, forecasts, stock information and Excel.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
