Corporate Sales Executive – Dubai

About the role

The Corporate Sales Executive will act as the primary contact for corporate guests and partners, driving revenue while maintaining strong guest loyalty for Four Points by Sheraton in Dubai. This full‑time position involves managing reservations, up‑selling services, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty, including up‑selling and offering complimentary rewards.
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the reservation system and process point redemptions.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protection of company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in sales or hospitality.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
