Corporate Sales Executive

About the role

SO/ is a luxury hotel brand rooted in fashion, seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive corporate business in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying new corporate opportunities, building strategic relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new corporate business opportunities through strategic outreach and market analysis.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations, proposals and product demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation, closure and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM systems and provide regular forecasting reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the corporate sector.
• Strong understanding of corporate buying cycles and procurement practices.
• Excellent negotiation, closing skills and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Advanced presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using sales analytics tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools.
