Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will lead the corporate market strategy for Mama Shelter Dubai, turning conversations into contracts and building long‑lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan targeting corporate clients, SMEs and government organisations.
• Generate new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Deliver compelling sales calls, presentations and meetings to win trust.
• Negotiate and close corporate deals that enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to create corporate packages and promotions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Represent Mama Shelter at trade shows, networking events and corporate functions.
• Provide revenue forecasts, sales pipeline reports and other performance data to leadership.
• Coach and support junior sales team members.
