A large global organisation operating in the workplace services industry is looking for a Country Lead (Country Manager) to cover the UAE. The role leads and manages all sales and operations within the country, with strategic oversight, strong leadership and a focus on business growth. Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all sales and operations within the country to achieve business goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies suited to a growing, high-performing market.
• Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee the recruitment, training and performance of the team.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management (CXO).
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
