About the role
TLScontact is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead its customer service operations across multiple visa application centres in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing profit and loss, and ensuring high service standards while maintaining client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, develop, coach and organise teams of Center Managers, Supervisors and Customer Service Advisors.
- Boost sales and achieve Added Value Services (AVS) targets for the visa application centre.
- Own P&L responsibility, implement cost‑saving initiatives and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements, SOPs, ISO standards and corporate policies.
- Manage security, health & safety, and handle escalations and client issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably with a sales background.
- Ability to travel across sites and obtain required security clearance.
- Authorization to work in the UAE (no visa sponsorship provided).
