Country Manager - TikTok LIVE Agency

About the role

A TikTok LIVE agency in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Country Manager to take over an established team and an active creator roster. The role carries full responsibility for performance, people and growth in the market, for a hands-on leader who can raise standards and scale revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the country's P&L, revenue targets and overall business performance
• Lead and manage the existing team of agents, set clear goals and hold them accountable
• Review the current team structure and make changes where needed to improve coverage and results
• Drive creator recruitment and onboarding to grow the roster in quality and size
• Set and enforce creator performance benchmarks, including LIVE days, hours and revenue targets
• Track creator and agent performance weekly and act quickly on underperformance
• Manage and refine compensation and commission structures for creators and internal teams
• Identify high-potential creators early and build growth plans around them
• Improve internal workflows, reporting and operational processes
• Maintain a strong relationship with the TikTok LIVE team in the market
• Report regularly to senior management on results, risks and plans

Required profile

• 3+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, live streaming or a creator agency
• Proven experience leading and developing a team
• Track record of owning targets and delivering revenue growth
• Fluency in the local language and English
• Nice to have: existing creator network in the UAE, direct experience with TikTok or other platform partnership teams, and experience turning around an existing team

Required skills

• Strong understanding of TikTok LIVE or similar live streaming platforms
• Data-driven, comfortable with performance metrics and dashboards
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with creators and partners
• Highly organized, with strong execution and follow-through
