Marketing Manager - Multi-Brand Portfolio

About the role

Mummazone is looking for a strategic, creative and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing operations across a portfolio of more than 20 international brands in the mother, baby and childcare industry. The role covers brand strategy, digital marketing, event management and team leadership, working closely with international brand partners, sales teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies across 20+ international brands
• Act as main contact for brand principals, handling communications, approvals, marketing plans and brand requirements
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of marketing executives
• Plan and run events, exhibitions, trade shows, product launches and brand activations
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations and integrated campaigns
• Maintain brand positioning in line with international brand guidelines
• Work with sales and commercial teams to grow business visibility
• Manage budgets, campaign calendars and promotional activities
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI and report regularly to management
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and stakeholders

Required profile

• Proven marketing management experience, preferably in FMCG, retail or distribution
• Experience managing multiple brands and working with international brand principals
• Demonstrated event planning, exhibition and brand activation experience
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, organization and project management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
