CRM Specialist - Life Cycle Marketing

About the role

ADNOC Distribution is looking for a CRM specialist focused on life cycle marketing in Abu Dhabi. The role manages and optimizes customer loyalty initiatives and CRM campaigns, covering campaign execution, customer segmentation, engagement data analysis and retention strategies. It is an external contract.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and running loyalty strategies, oversee loyalty program operations (enrolments, tiers, redemptions) and ensure seamless execution across digital and offline channels.
• Develop campaign business cases and ROI indicators, and work with business lines, Campaign Management and Marketing Planning on an annual direct marketing promotions plan.
• Follow up with advertising and media agencies on loyalty-related campaigns and liaise with the branding team on brand guidelines and approvals.
• Plan, build and execute personalized campaigns by email, SMS and push notifications, and optimize automation workflows for customer lifecycle engagement.
• Work with creative and communications teams on content, and design advertising and promotions plans to position the loyalty program, C Store, Mobility and Affinity value propositions.
• Track engagement metrics and campaign performance, maintain dashboards and report to stakeholders, and review the impact of promotional campaigns.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies based on behavioural data, implement personalization and run A/B tests to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT and digital teams on data integrity and governance, and partner with technology teams to improve CRM and loyalty platform capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and work with external consultants to improve customer purchasing behaviour.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 8 years of experience managing CRM or loyalty programs, preferably in the retail sector, covering programme setup, design, strategy, creative and operational aspects.
