Country Manager - UAE (Remote)

About the role

Deployed is a solution engineering firm that helps enterprises scale through AI transformation. It is hiring a full-time remote Country Manager for the UAE, who builds and leads Deployed's presence in the UAE market. The role sits between sales leadership and solution engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with enterprise clients and drive new business opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles for AI transformation projects and collaborate with solution engineering teams to turn client needs into tailored proposals.
• Oversee project delivery alignment with client expectations and ensure long-term account growth.
• Carry out market analysis, develop local partnerships and support brand positioning in the region.
• Report on performance metrics, refine go-to-market strategies and represent Deployed at industry events, conferences and client meetings (virtual and on-site as required).

Required profile

• Strong experience in business development, sales or commercial leadership in the UAE, ideally in technology, AI or enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts and drive revenue growth with enterprise organizations.
• Understanding of AI, data and digital transformation, able to explain technical solutions in business terms.
• Experience in market analysis, go-to-market strategy and local partnership building in the UAE or GCC.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; advanced degrees or an MBA are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and region for client meetings and events.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, including managing cross-functional teams and coordinating remote collaborators.
• High autonomy, adaptability and problem-solving in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
