Creative Graphic Designer – Marketing & Communications

About the role

RAK Ceramics is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to join its Marketing & Communications team. The role will drive visual storytelling across digital, print, and product‑focused channels, ensuring all outputs align with the brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute innovative visual assets based on design briefs and marketing objectives.
• Develop complete layouts for catalogues, brochures, flyers, presentations, and product packaging.
• Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
• Maintain and evolve visual identity guidelines, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and layout standards.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, project managers, multimedia teams, sales, and external agencies to translate briefs into effective visual narratives.
• Prepare production‑ready files for digital platforms and external printing, and organise a structured digital asset library.

Required profile

• Highly imaginative, creative and attentive to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Collaborative, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Adaptable and solution‑oriented, able to meet strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of AI‑enabled creative tools.
• Experience with digital layout platforms such as Figma or Canva.
