Creative Producer (Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end creative production engine that fuels user acquisition and performance marketing across multiple digital products. Based in the United Arab Emirates and working fully remotely, you will combine creative judgment with data‑driven insights to launch, iterate, and scale video, static, GIF, and landing‑page assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full creative pipeline for user acquisition, delivering 100+ video, static, and GIF assets each month.
• Manage landing‑page and funnel production (quizzes, one‑pagers, interactive formats) across ~20 projects per month.
• Research, develop, and test new creative concepts and formats beyond incoming briefs.
• Analyze performance data to decide which concepts to scale, pause, or refine.
• Write clear creative briefs and scripts; contribute directly to photo and video production, including footage, music, and graphics.
• Coordinate freelance creatives and external agencies, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Explore and implement AI‑powered creative generation and automation tools to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and cross‑functional teams to align creative output with acquisition goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in creative production, operations, or a similar role, preferably in mobile gaming, iGaming, or B2C digital products.
• Background in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑based creative generation tools.
• Proven ability to develop concepts, write briefs, and edit photo/video content.
