Creative Strategist & Producer (Consumer)

About the role

Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team is looking for a proactive Creative Strategist & Producer to shape ideas from concept to execution. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing and the creative studio to deliver high‑impact paid, owned and organic content that resonates with crypto‑savvy audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Write complete, concept‑led briefs for static and motion assets, then hand them off to designers and producers.
• Produce your own content in the format where you excel – memes, AI‑generated video, on‑camera performance or other native formats.
• Spot cultural, market and performance trends daily and turn them into ideas that can be shipped within the same week.
• Collaborate with Product and Performance Marketing to sharpen their briefs and ensure clear objectives, audience, hook and platform specifications.
• Partner with compliance and product teams to get creative approved without diluting the core idea.
• Maintain clean brief files and documentation for future reuse.

Required profile

• 5+ years in creative strategy, social, content or performance creative within a high‑volume in‑house, agency or brand environment, preferably fintech, crypto or regulated sectors.
• Portfolio that includes concept‑led briefs, shipped work and performance results.
• Self‑starter who finds, pitches and drives ideas without waiting for direction.
• Strong pop‑culture awareness, comedic instinct and ability to anticipate trends.
• Deep understanding of what makes a good brief for performance marketing.
• Ability to execute a creative concept independently and deliver final assets.
• Platform‑native instincts for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and X, and can adapt ideas across them.
• Comfort working within regulatory constraints and delivering fast turn‑arounds.
