CRM Automation Specialist

About the role

The CRM Automation Specialist will optimise Property Shop Investment's customer relationship platform, building automated lead‑routing workflows, integrating third‑party systems and ensuring data quality for a high‑volume real‑estate market in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain automated CRM workflows to accelerate lead capture, routing and nurturing.
• Manage third‑party software integrations with the primary CRM platform to streamline sales and marketing operations.
• Maintain CRM database integrity through regular data audits, deduplication and cleanup routines.
• Collaborate with real‑estate sales and marketing teams to optimise conversion funnels and lead distribution rules.
• Troubleshoot platform technical issues, resolve integration errors and implement system fixes.
• Produce performance dashboards, pipeline reports and actionable analytical insights for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or Marketing.
• Proven hands‑on experience in CRM management and workflow automation, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong understanding of lead routing, nurturing and third‑party system integrations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales and marketing units.
