CRM Functional Tester (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Functional Tester to ensure the quality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions within the airline and travel technology domain. The role is fully remote and involves close collaboration with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate end‑to‑end booking and customer service workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for CRM and airline booking applications.
• Design, develop and execute functional, integration, regression and end‑to‑end test scenarios.
• Validate Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Case Management and Customer Engagement.
• Test airline booking processes including flight search, reservation creation, ticketing, cancellations, modifications, refunds and ancillary services.
• Verify integrations with reservation systems, payment gateways, loyalty programs and third‑party applications.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, test data and defect reports; track and retest defects using test management tools.
• Support SIT, UAT and production validation activities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in functional, integration, system, regression and UAT testing.
• Strong background in airline reservation and booking processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and its workflows, business rules, entities and dashboards.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios.
