CRM/Collections Executive

About the role

We are seeking a CRM/Collections Executive to manage customer instalment follow‑up, monitor ageing reports and ensure timely collections in line with contractual payment plans. The role works closely with Finance, Sales, Legal and CRM teams to resolve payment issues and maintain accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on upcoming, due, and overdue customer instalments according to contractual payment plans.
• Monitor ageing reports, prioritize overdue and high‑value accounts, and handle escalated customer cases.
• Record all customer communications, payment commitments, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Finance on payment confirmations, account allocations, and outstanding balances.
• Prepare regular collection reports and track individual and team KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, CRM, accounts receivable or customer service, preferably within real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑handling abilities.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
