About the role
The Culinary Ambassador II – Pastry (AJBR) supports the F&B production team at Address Hotels + Resorts, delivering high‑quality pastry experiences for guests. The role requires a service‑focused mindset, strong attention to hygiene standards, and the ability to work collaboratively in a 5‑star hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct all operational tasks in F&B production according to service standards and procedures.
- Go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations and ensure seamless service.
- Prevent complaints and manage service recovery when needed.
- Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma in Catering; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
- Good knowledge of local food hygiene and HACCP guidelines.
