About the role

The Culinary Ambassador II – Zeta C is responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every diner leaves as a happy fan of our restaurants.

Key responsibilities

Execute all operational tasks in food & beverage production according to service standards and procedures.
Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
Prevent complaints and manage service recovery when needed.
Maintain consistent high‑quality food presentation and taste.

Required profile

High school diploma in catering; a college degree in hotel management or a related field is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine service personality.
