About the role
The Culinary Ambassador II – Zeta C is responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every diner leaves as a happy fan of our restaurants.
Key responsibilities
- Execute all operational tasks in food & beverage production according to service standards and procedures.
- Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
- Prevent complaints and manage service recovery when needed.
- Maintain consistent high‑quality food presentation and taste.
Required profile
- High school diploma in catering; a college degree in hotel management or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
- Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine service personality.
