About the role
This function ensures exceptional culinary experiences in a highly empowered environment, representing the brand throughout the guest journey to deliver flawless, high‑quality food that turns diners into happy fans.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct all operational tasks in food & beverage production according to service standards and procedures.
- Go the extra mile to prevent complaints and provide effective service recovery when needed.
- Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors, always keeping the guest’s interests at heart.
- Maintain consistent high‑quality food presentation and taste across all service moments.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma in catering or a college degree in hotel management (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
- Good knowledge of local food hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines.
Required skills
