The Culinary Senior Ambassador ensures exceptional culinary experiences throughout the guest journey, representing the brand and delivering flawless service. You will create memorable dining moments that turn guests into loyal fans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all operational tasks in F&B production in line with required service standards and procedures.
• Go the extra (s)mile to delight guests and ensure high‑quality food.
• Prevent complaints and provide effective service recovery when needed.
• Pro‑actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always keeping the guest’s interests at heart.
• Maintain consistency of food quality and presentation across all service periods.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• High school diploma in Catering; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
• Ability to work in a highly empowered environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
