Customer Care Agent – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Care Agent to join our support team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring every interaction ends with the customer feeling heard and helped. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and takes ownership of issues until they are fully resolved.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner.
• Resolve complaints end‑to‑end: investigate, communicate clearly, and follow up until closure.
• De‑escalate difficult conversations with empathy and patience.
• Accurately log interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team with full context and keep customers informed.
• Identify recurring issues and flag them for root‑cause resolution.
• Meet response‑time and customer‑satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of customer‑facing experience (call centre, retail, hospitality, or support).
• Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, or Tagalog is a strong plus.
• Clear, warm communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent requests simultaneously.
• Problem‑solver mindset with ownership attitude.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate; flexible to work shifts including some weekends.
