About the role

The Associate Customer Care role at Aster Muwaileh Medical Centre involves being the first point of contact for patients visiting the facility. You will ensure a welcoming environment, assist with registration and insurance processes, and support patients throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients, following a set checklist.
• Assist patients in completing registration and insurance forms.
• Identify patient categories (insured, corporate, HMO, general) and verify eligibility.
• Collect patient information, enter details into the system, and issue registration cards.
• Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and insurance coordinators to address patient queries and referrals.
• Handle first‑level problem solving and grievance management.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Verify insurance coverage, collect co‑pays, and process payments.
• Perform back‑date billing and follow‑up on pending approvals.
