Customer Care Specialist – Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

The Customer Care Specialist will provide professional support across phone, WhatsApp, email and walk‑in channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves verifying B2B sales orders, managing tickets, and maintaining accurate customer records while communicating fluently in Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and in‑person, providing accurate product and order information.
• Verify B2B sales orders, coordinate with the sales team, and resolve any discrepancies before confirmation.
• Create and monitor support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and keeping customers informed of status.
• Update and maintain customer data in the ERP/CRM system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up on order status, delivery coordination and post‑delivery satisfaction surveys.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service or customer care, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities, able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems (and ERP platforms where applicable).
