About the role
A Customer Experience Associate is sought in Sharjah, UAE, on a full-time basis. The role builds strong customer relationships and ensures every customer receives professional, helpful and timely support.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Collect feedback and help improve service quality
Required profile
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good time management and attention to detail
