Customer Insight Analyst

About the role

The Customer Insight Analyst will build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers Emirates' customer‑centric marketing. You will work closely with the Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand team to turn raw customer data into actionable insights that support decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, interpret and simplify customer and marketing data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Design, develop and launch automated data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data stability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists and IT to integrate new data streams and create API‑based middleware for third‑party marketing platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement of data extraction, profiling, testing and self‑service delivery for marketing teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in analytical research and customer behaviour analysis.
• Degree or Honours in Marketing, Communications, E‑commerce or a related analytical field.
• Strong attention to data quality, ability to identify and resolve incomplete or inaccurate data.

Required skills

• SQL and database architecture knowledge.
• Google BigQuery, Google Analytics, DMPs and digital optimisation platforms.
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines and API integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
