Marketing Support Manager

About the role

The Marketing Support Manager will lead and coordinate marketing activities across Air Arabia Group subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and brand standards. This role oversees the Creative & Design function, drives market intelligence, and manages marketing planning for Fly Jinnah.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central marketing focal point for Fly Jinnah, Air Arabia subsidiaries, Air Arabia Academy and other assigned Group businesses.
• Develop structured annual and tactical marketing plans, campaigns and deliverables aligned with commercial priorities.
• Lead and manage the in‑house Creative & Design team and external agencies to deliver high‑quality creative solutions on time.
• Build a market intelligence capability, conduct competitor analysis and produce regular reports to support strategic decisions.
• Translate Fly Jinnah’s commercial objectives into clear marketing priorities, maintain campaign visibility and support KPI assessment.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Relations, Communications or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in Marketing and Public Relations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in airlines or travel.
• Fluent in English with strong media relations, press and events management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media tools and applications.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with graphic design, web design and production technologies.
